At Fusion Foods LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality Southeast Asian-inspired street food, and we stand behind the freshness and taste of our products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
Due to the perishable nature of our food, all sales are final once the order has been prepared and delivered or picked up. However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 2 hours of receiving your meal.

We may request photo evidence to assess the issue before approving any refund or redelivery.
For catering services:
If food is delivered incorrectly or unsatisfactorily, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the issue through redelivery, credit, or partial refund, at our discretion.
If you receive damaged or defective non-perishable goods (e.g., bottled sauces, packaged snacks), you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the refund after this time, please contact your bank or card provider.
Note: Fusion Foods LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the scope of this policy or are made in bad faith.
