Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our menu, select your items, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll choose a delivery date and time. Upon delivery, you'll be asked to sign for your items.


What are your delivery hours?

We offer local delivery from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time, Tuesday through Sunday.


Do you accept cash payments?

Currently, we only accept cash for Catering orders and services. (All Catering Orders and services are to be paid in full prior to date of delivery and/or service.)


We accept payments via debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, JCB), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


Shipping & Tracking

What items do you ship?

We ship frozen food and merchandise (such as apparel) via USPS.


I received multiple tracking numbers; why?

If your order includes items shipped from different locations, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please refer to the "Deliveries" section for more information.


Orders, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.


What is your cancellation policy?


Same-Day orders must be canceled 30 minutes or more prior to delivery. Cancellations requested less than 30 minutes will be rejected and delivery will be made.


Catering orders must be canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns on food items. For merchandise, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in original condition.

Why did the price change?

Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and ingredient costs. We strive to keep our menu affordable while maintaining quality.
